Dr. JayI am a Chicago native, a graduate of Northeastern Illinois University with a Bachelor's in Political Science, and M.A. in Political Science, M.S. in Entrepreneurship, Ph.D. in Educational Technology from Oklahoma State University.
I served on the Economic Education Advisory Board for the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City - Oklahoma City Branch. I am the former Chair of the Online Entrepreneurship Education social interest group and Teaching & Learning Scholar for the United States Association for Small Business and Entrepreneurship.
